Philippe Touret
Chairman
Philippe is one of the original founders and a major investor in Global Life Technologies Corp. (GLT). Prior to GLT, Philippe was the Co-Founder of Inflight Duty Free Shop Inc. (IDFS) which he ran as CEO, between 1983 and 1994. IDFS specialized in sales to airlines both for the amenity kits, given to first and business class passengers, and duty free sales on board. It was the first company to subcontract their inflight duty free sales to airlines. The company was sold to publicly traded Duty Free International in 1994. Philippe was the General Manager of Camus International Far East from 1977 until 1993. He graduated in 1971 from the French Business school ESSEC.

John Willimann
CEO
An original founder and partner in GLT, John oversees Nozin product development and sales. He manages product R&D initiatives in collaboration with healthcare professionals at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Prior to his work with Nozin, John served as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for the France based pharmaceutical company, Flamel Technologies, SA. While at Flamel, John's responsibilities included technology licensing and interfacing with major pharmaceutical companies. John earned a BA in Biology/Chemistry from Skidmore College.

Kevin Walsh
Chief Marketing Officer
Kevin is an original founder and partner in GLT. He manages development of product, marketing and technology assets. He has over 25 years of international experience with innovative products and technology. In addition to his prior work in building new companies, Kevin was an executive at the Gibson Guitar Corporation helping to reestablish growth and global prominence for the historic brand. Kevin has an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BA from Middlebury College.

Gregg Wilkinson
Executive Vice President of Strategy & Product Management
Gregg joined GLT in 2014 and is directing product management and sales. After 9 years at DuPont, Gregg joined Polymer Group, Inc. and helped it grow to an $800 million NYSE company. While serving as a Director and VP at PGI, Gregg and his team worked with P&G’s Bounce and Swiffer products. He also worked on international joint ventures as well as acquisitions of divisions of J&J, Scott Paper and Dominion Textiles. After PGI, Gregg consulted medical equipment companies in China and the US.

Dave Hines
Executive Vice President Global Sales
Dave joined GLT in 2015 and brings a successful career in healthcare related business development to the company. In 1995 he founded Hinesight Surgical Services, Inc. a Denver Colorado based Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Sales and Service company. In 2000 he moved this company to Lancaster Country, PA to run Smith & Nephew's Independent Distributorship. Dave helped grow this business to one of most profitable independent distributorships in the history of Smith & Nephew. Dave is a graduate of the University of Southern California.

Ernst W. (Bill) Spannhake, Ph.D.
Chief Science Officer
As Chief Science Officer, Bill heads up clinical research and development. Prior to joining GLTC, Bill served as Professor at the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health in Baltimore since 1982. He has authored over 100 scientific articles and chapters. Bill’s interests have focused on the interactions of the airway epithelium with chemical and biological agents. Additionally, he has studied the microbiome of the anterior nares and its role in nosocomial infection risk. He retains his affiliation with Johns Hopkins as Professor Emeritus.

David Hanline
Vice President of Clinical Implementation
David joined GLT in 2015 and utilizes his extensive expertise in healthcare contracting and GPO Management to develop new business for the company. David has directed Healthcare Facility operations in Supply Chain Procurement and Ancillary Departments. He served as Co-Chair for the Amerinet Eastern Alliance and was on the Board for the Key Stone Alliance. David served 16 years in the US Army and 2 years in the Air Force. He is also a student at Ashford University pursuing a degree in Healthcare Management.

Tarina Garcia-Concheso
Vice President Clinical Affairs
Tarina Garcia-Concheso joined GLT in 2014 and leads the development of clinical educational programs and strategies for sales and implementation. She has 15 years’ experience in health sector policy development and program implementation, specializing in health planning, financing, regulatory systems and market access. She has worked for the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank and World Health Organization. Tarina holds a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics.

Kevin Watson
Sr. Director of Marketing
Kevin Watson joined GLT in 2018, bringing with him over 20 year experience in marketing, business development, product management and consulting. As a brand steward, Kevin helped re-launch several brands of multi-billion dollar companies. Kevin developed go-to-market plans for product launches and new market in the US and across the globe. At GLT, he’s applying his creativity, operational efficiencies and driving return on investment.

Director of Sales Northeast Region
Craig joined GLT in 2017 and has been in healthcare management and sales for 20 years. Craig worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry as an executive sales representative then advanced to institutional sales, becoming very versed with hospital implementation. In 2007 Craig helped Barrx Medical grow to be acquired by Covidien for $325 million. At Smith & Nephew, Craig helped develop a direct sales force and took on a sales leadership role. Craig graduated with a Business Degree from Canisius College and received his MBA from Canisius..

Director of Sales Northwest Region
Melanie Harder joined Nozin as Director of Sales, Western Region, in 2017. Melanie has extensive experience in Sales Management, Marketing, Product Development and Strategic Planning in the medical arena. Her work at J&J, Zimmer, Linvatec, and 2 start ups helped achieve double digit sales growth. Melanie has a B.S. from Miami University.

Greg Kilgore has been a successful entrepreneur and sales management expert with over 25 years of award-winning sales experience in the medical devices industry. Greg brings a wealth of clinical knowledge in Virology and Microbiology. Whether launching a new company, product line, or helping healthcare organizations improve patient care, Greg brings his experience and passion to moving people around a common vision.

Kate Stephens
Director of Sales Southwest Region
With years of experience in orthopedic sales, marketing and product development and as a nursing assistant, Kate brings a unique blend of leadership skills to Nozin. Kate spent 15 years as a skydiving instructor and competitor. Kate lives in Ventura, CA with her hubby, feisty 5 year old daughter and 3 year old Vizsla (dog).

Eric Lauzat
Eric worked at L’Oreal from 1975 to 2013 where he held various positions among which are president of Parbel (L’Oreal Miami) from 1980 to 1989, Managing Director of L’Oreal Hong-Kong/China from 1990 to 1995, Managing Director of Travel Retail from 1997 to 2005, President of Lancôme USA from 2005 until 2008 and then responsible for the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. He was a member of the executive committee of L’Oreal Luxe from 1998 until 2013. He has been Executive VP International at Elisabeth Arden since 2013. Eric graduated from ESSEC business school in 1974.
Stephen Willard
Stephen has been CEO of Cellphire since the end of 2013. He was previously CEO of Flamel Technologies, S.A., a NASDAQ-traded biotech company for seven years and served as CFO prior to becoming CEO. He currently also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Flamel and formerly served on the Board of Directors of E*Trade Financial Corporation. Mr. Willard received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College and a Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School.
