How to Order

The following information will apply when online ordering:

1. To place an order online, click on the appropriate buy button or product image.
2. Choose the quantity you want and follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.

Buying from the Nozin website is easy and secure. For every item, there will be a "Add To Cart" button. This button adds the item to your shopping cart. Adding product in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping cart, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue shopping.

You can put as many items as you want in your shopping cart. When you are finished and want to place the order, you can return to your shopping cart. When you submit your order, it will be confirmed via e-mail and will include your order number. You can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server.

How We Protect You

Shopping at the Nozin website is safe and guaranteed. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet. We do not store your credit card information.

Shipping Information

We offer the following service levels and estimated rates for shipping and handling in the domestic United States:

Rates are estimates only. Rates and special promotional rates such as free shipping may change. Surcharges may apply. Not all items may be eligible for free shipping. Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Typically, when your order is shipped an email notification with relevant available tracking information will be sent to the email address you submitted with your order. Delivery time for Standard Shipping and UPS Ground can usually be from 3 to 14 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Carriers may reserve the right to require signatures for delivery.

Holiday Shipping:

Please allow for additional time during the peak holiday season.

Ship-To Address:

If you would like us to ship your purchase to a different address you may do so at no extra charge. We can also ship to multiple addresses. Each address in a multiple address order should be treated as a new order. Simply submit a new order for every address that you are shipping to.

P.O. Boxes

If you choose UPS service, please remember that UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a street address.

Overseas

At the moment we are not shipping outside the United States.

Accuracy of Address

Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).

Shipping Disclaimer

Some items may incur an additional shipping charge due to their size/weight and/or the distance that they are being shipped. We will contact you with these charges before the order is processed for final approval.

Alaska, Hawaii and APO Addresses

Alaska, Hawaii, and APO orders must be shipped using UPS .

Coupon Policy

To take advantage of promotional offers that may be available please enter the coupon code provided in the advertisement when ordering.

The first step in using a coupon code is to add all the merchandise you'd like to purchase into the shopping cart.

Then, type the code into the "Coupon Code" field located in the shopping cart. After entering the coupon code, you must click the "UPDATE" button in order for the discount to be applied to your order. Once you've clicked the "UPDATE" button, the shopping cart will refresh and display a line item beneath the merchandise in your cart showing the coupon code and the discount you've received, as well as an adjusted total that reflects your savings.

Please note that each coupon code has an expiration date. After this date has passed, the coupon code will no longer be valid. Please note that coupon discounts if available are not redeemable for cash, nor are they valid toward any previously purchased merchandise, the purchase of merchandise certificates, or gift cards. Customers can not use more than one coupon code per order (can not take advantage of two different promotional offers for the same order). Return Policy

If you are not satisfied, for any reason at all, you may exchange or return your purchase for the selling price of the product. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before sending back any item. We do not refund shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning the item to Nozin.com. All Nozin product returns or exchanges are for verified purchases from authorized Nozin distributors only and must be made within 30 days of receipt. We do not refund bulk orders. Damaged or defective product may be exchanged for a replacement.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
